1. OUR DAMAGED / FAULTY PRODUCTS POLICY

If you receive Damaged or faulty products, you can have an immediate replacement or you will receive a credit note (PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOTE GIVE REFUNDS)

Please note 

• Damaged Items may be asked to be returned within 7 days of dispatch date 

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received a product that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please contact Customer Services

To help us get this issue fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;

-Your name / Full contact details 

-Order Date / Delivery date  

-Product name and bar code (picture of)

-Picture of the fault / damage 

-Description of the fault / damage

You may need to return the item(s) to us, see how to do this below. You'll then receive a replacement product or credit note as per the policy above.
